The Madeleine Gordon Gift Of Life Foundation

"Knowledge of what is possible is the beginning of happiness." For many, the Madeleine Gordon Gift of Life Foundation makes possible one of the world's most precious gifts; the life of a child. Established in 1995, the foundation helps couples seeking to begin a family but who have been unable to conceive naturally, by helping defray that cost of fertility procedures at The Christ Hospital.

Madeleine's Story

Like most, Madeleine dreamed about whom she would be when she grew up. For Madeleine, that dream was to be a mother. An attainable dream, a natural occurence, she was sure. After trying to conceive without success, she turned to infertility specialists to begin exploring fertility treatments, including in vitro fertilization. Despite these efforts, for Mady a child was not meant to be.

From her experience she gained compassion and insight. Compassion for women in similar situations to her own, and insight into the lives of women who might suffer the heartbreak of infertility without the means to explore treatments such as in vitro fertilization. Thus the Madeleine Gordon Gift of Life Foundation was born.

Help Bring Happiness

Through Madeleine Gordon's generosity, the Gift of Life Foundation has thus far brought happiness to the lives of many people. In the spring of 2005, 20 babies will have been born. With your support, The Madeleine Gordon Gift of Life Foundation will continue this mission. To make a donation to the foundation, please send your 100% tax-deductible gift to:
